Italy Pilgrimage 2027:
A Journey of Heart through the Lagorai
Pilgrimage from August 28 to September 4, 2027
Online Workshops on Aug 2, 16, and Sep 13
A sacred pilgrimage to embody who we are in essence
We walk with the soul, meeting ourselves under challenge and transforming darkness into light. Through wise forests, wide meadows, and wild lakes, step by step, we put down our guard, open to the tribe, nature and the universe, and feel the immense beauty and power available to us.
Fritz Hendrik, Carole Ardigo, Angelica Carletti, and Bruno Di Loreto Würms invite to journey of heart in the Lagorai mountains of Northern Italy.
Together, we develop the sensitivity and silence to feel the vibrations of the land and its beings.
We enjoy the shift into another dimension, where we feel at home in ourselves, receiving new questions and answers at every step and discovering what is possible.
Investment 2100€
Our pilgrimage in the Lagorai unfolds in two directions:
We walk up the mountains, connecting with our body, nature, and the path, inviting the elements to become part of our journey.
We walk down into the soul, who we are in essence, where body meets mind, emotions and sensations.
We leave nothing behind but integrate different parts of ourselves into a greater whole.
Through individual and group work, we create spaces to embrace who we are, bringing what is present into awareness, and allowing what is still hidden to be found.
Our individual intention meets the intention of the group. Together with the elements and the land, they create a field in which we can meet the edges of what is familiar.
Throughout the week, our inner and outer journeys continuously meet. The landscape and elements invite us into a deeper encounter with ourselves, and our inner experience changes how we see the world around us. A dialogue begins between the mountains and the deepest parts of ourselves, creating an osmosis between the inner and outer and opening a particular space for transformation.
We may discover that we are not simply walking with the body, but moving into greater alignment and awareness between body, mind and spirit.
This is therefore neither a trekking experience nor psychological work, but an invitation into a new possibility of being.
A Garden of Eden: The Lagorai
The Lagorai is a hidden gem, a wild and little-known mountain range neighbouring the Dolomites, but preserved from excessive tourist exploitation. It’s a magical and mysterious place, where life is simple and glorious.
This symphony of wild and unspoilt beauty nourishes the soul and senses of those who walk in this natural sanctuary. Rich in silence, we can quickly fall in love with the volcanic mountains.
To encounter the Lagorai is to experience a secret Garden of Eden, where ancient knowledge of the natural relationship between Humanity and Nature is still present. The Lagorai is a channel of connection between us and the ancestral consciousness of Mother Earth.
Are you ready?
To say yes to this journey is to say I am ready to dissolve the layers that I’ve built up, to truly listen to what life is asking, and to act on this guidance with a new level of trust.
You are willing to put your guard down, meet the deepest parts of yourself and discover what is still to be found.
You honour the process, embracing challenges whilst walking both outward and inward, rather than looking to arrive at a destination.
You are generous in offering and sharing yourself, not only trekking and collecting experiences.
You are open to meeting the edges of what is comfortable and familiar, opening yourself to a new possibility of being.

Itinerary
We walk among rocks of volcanic origin that light up with intense colors at every sunrise and sunset. We will feel and meditate in nature. The physical effort will be a teaching in itself, demanding full presence and bringing us into our bodies. The group will be our support and encouragement to go deeper.
-
Our journey begins before the pilgrimage with two online workshops to prepare our time in the mountains. We will gather in Roncegno Terme on Saturday August 28, arriving before 5 pm and sharing dinner at the hotel, where we will stay for the first and last night.
At sunrise the next day, after breakfast, we will drive to the starting point in the Lagorai. From there, we will walk to Monte d'Asta, towards our first Rifugio, "Brentari". The highest lake of the Lagorai will greet us with a stunning view at sunrise the following morning.
We will descend towards Rifugio "Conseria", in the heart of the Lagorai chain, a well-placed base from which to discover the surroundings.
In the days that follow, we sleep at the same Rifugio, venturing out and working individually and as a group.
We return to Roncegno on September 3, where we close and celebrate our pilgrimage together.
Departure follows the next morning, September 4, after 10 am. -
Participants must be comfortable walking several days in the mountains and carrying their own backpack the first two days only. On the second day, we walk on a steep, narrow path that will be manageable for anyone used to walking in the mountains. This is not a trek and while there will be periods of straight walking, we mostly move slowly and pause for contemplation and meditation. No technical skills are required.
-
We will stay in a simple but comfortable hotel for the first and last night, and in traditional mountain ‘rifugi’ the other nights. Rooms are shared as space is limited. In the hotel, there will be twin or triple rooms, while in the rifugi, rooms are shared dormitory-style, as is custom in European mountain lodges.
-
During the pilgrimage, participants agree:
Not to use recreational drugs, alcohol, or mind-altering substances
To avoid or absolutely minimize caffeine and smoking (start reducing at least one week before the pilgrimage)
Phones will be switched off and left at the hotel during our time in the mountains (emergency contact will be provided)
Photographs will be limited and taken only with a separate camera, as the phone will stay back.
