In what is officially known as Balinese Hinduism, a lot of different spiritual traditions converge.
At the heart of our role as Priests is to share this knowledge and serve our communities in connecting with the universe and maintaining harmony.
We had quietly been dreaming about how to get married. I remember even asking for guidance from the universe. Well, here it was.
In Rolwaling Valley, our senses came alive. I was touched by the stones, some buzzing with energy like playing children, others deep and powerful, like the Elders of a native village. I felt everything was speaking with us.

To access profound quietness, we have to face our stress and agitation first. What’s underneath it? If we give room to observe and feel, we may become aware of the source of our mind: silence.
Whatever the results of your ambitions this year, it will not satisfy you. Rather than thinking about what you want, feel what wants to come through you now. Find out how to come to a place of stillness and listen.
By going on a journey together, we share deep, powerful experiences. We create spaces where new energy and inspiration become available. The results: deep trust, coherence, harmony, and intelligence.
Going through the 3 Phases gives us a good chance of getting to the source of spiritual teachings. Rather than listening to teachers and their books, which only tell the story of the truth, we actually EXPERIENCE truth for ourselves, gain INSIGHT into it, and MANIFEST the results in our lives.
Meditations
Active Relaxation is at the heart of meditation. We notice any kind of agitation and come back into balance. This is a natural process for which we have to DO NOTHING—just be aware. It can be challenging, so let’s practice together.
We tend to seek relaxation through screens and distractions, but are we truly resting? In this new meditation, we enter a state of deep rest that benefits our sleep and overall well-being. Together, we practice letting go of thoughts, emotions and tensions and cultivating profound relaxation. By mastering the art of deep rest, we nourish our nervous system, sleep better, and feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
Relaxation is an art we cannot even begin to master by watching movies and further stimulating our minds. With this meditation, practice 5 Channels for Quality Relaxation. They are the keys to meditative practice.
Be with What Is: The most challenging meditation is non-meditation, not trying to do anything but simply being aware of what is. This is advanced practice because it is so simple. It goes against our desire for achievement. We are on the path when we open our heart without wanting anything in return.
Meditation isn't about escaping our experiences with some method; it's about meeting them. By welcoming whatever arises—sensations, feelings, thoughts—we learn to truly rest in the present moment. This is where we can find a jewel. What is meant by ‘Make your own Meditation’ is to use our experience as a teacher by being aware and not lost in it. There’s a longer silence in this guided meditation so that we can practice this together.
Make your own Meditation... and Stick with It. We are our own best teachers when we manage to pay attention to ourselves in action. We practice not to get lost in suffering but to see through it.

In the following practice, we infuse the objects of our consciousness (thoughts, emotions, sensations, forms) with attention and see their innate emptiness.
We make everything into a Noun, a thing, through labels and categorizations. But, ultimately, this is an illusion. Nothing exists separately. Seeing this, we can tune into the true feeling-perceiving underneath the energy of all things. This is the source of intuition, our topic for this series.

We move into the centre, into consciousness. A meditation to raise attention and intention toward your most honest and sincere intention in this phase of life.
Confidence is not what you think. It’s an embodied project. We move into the centre, into consciousness. This starts with our body, reaching through the spine into the Sky and the Earth.
After a short introduction, Fritz Hendrik guides a meditation to raise attention and intention toward your most honest and sincere intention in this phase of life.
Intent is intuitive action based on honesty and truth.
In this excerpt from our Light Sunday, Fritz shares that the way of Intent (intuitive action) is through honesty and truth.
By being honest with ourselves and others, we may begin to feel-perceive what is true underneath our thoughts, emotions, and sensations – the stories we tell ourselves – and act on that.
Intent is a Force of Nature instead of Will. We follow our Intuition over Desires.
In this video, an expert from the series of classes on Intent, I introduce Intent as a force of nature rather than will. Intent is an inter-action, an “intuitive action.”
To walk with intent is to walk on our path, not the one of our parents and culture.
Practice being in tune with this moment and feeling the deeper truth.
We need to prepare ourselves for meditation. This can take years or just a moment, depending on where we’re at in our journey. Get in a comfortable position with your spine straight, and then practice these 5 Steps to Get Ready for Meditation.
